As your Realtor, I'll be calling on my 20+ years of interior design experience and award-winning customer service. I offer comprehensive interior design services for my Real Estate clients for all kinds of remodels, renovation, new construction or investment property transformation. In addition, (to keep things real) I can help you determine your project budget so you're working with real life numbers and the end result exceeds your expectations.

Many people make the mistake of asking a contractor to come and give them a quote on a project as their first step. But what are they quoting on? What design do you want? What materials will you use? What is the approximate cost? How much should you invest in the project to make sense for your home value?

The FIRST step in any interior construction project (residential or commercial) is to meet with a qualified designer or architect. Determine your design, materials and budget BEFORE asking for quotes.

There are many ways to get the look and feel you want, and I can work with your budget, you just need to tell me what it is. If you don't know, I can help you figure out what needs to be done to create the home you want and determine your budget. $3000-$100,000+ I will design a plan that will work for you.
